What is Seasonal Storytelling?

Even though we all know when Christmas is, somehow the 24th always catches us by surprise. At least as far as content planning is concerned. Then we quickly pull a text out of the hat. Or cobble together an image for Facebook.

And when the big festival days are over it gets really difficult. What can one write about on May 20th? What catches people’s attention in the dreaded summer black hole?
